Chocolate Orange Ganache……….

A beautiful raw recipe inspired by Sophie from her recent event, Yoga, meditation, life and all things raw...... Rich & silky decadent chocolate with a hint of zesty orange, chilled on a crunchy base.

For the base: Drain the almonds and sunflower seeds, blend with the dates and orange zest until it is the consistency of fine gravel. Line a springform cake tin and press the mixture in firmly to form the base and chill in a freezer.
For the ganache: Place all the ingredients except the coconut oil in a high speed blender, whizzing up until silky smooth, separately warm the coconut oil until liquid, with the blender running add the liquid coconut oil, blending for 30 seconds.
Spoon the ganache onto the chilled base, place in the freezer until set.
To serve decorate with orange segments, slice and enjoy.
