Spicy BBQ Chicken Pieces……

A spicy and zesty recipe for perfect BBQ Chicken Pieces every time, the secrets in the marinade, giving a deep flavour, wonderful aromas, lip smacking juicy results time and time again. So next time you are planning a get together, make sure this one's on the menu!

1. Place the yogurt into a large bowl. Stir in the ginger, garlic, paprika, salt, cinnamon, cumin, coriander, cloves and pepper, mix well.
2. Using a sharp knife make 2-3 deep cuts into the chicken pieces. Add to the marinade and give it all a good massaging, working into the cuts. Cover and leave in the fridge for at least 8 hrs or overnight.
3. Lightly brush the cooking grate with oil. Scrapping off most of the marinade from the chicken pieces, barbecue over indirect medium heat for 1 hour, turning once until tender. Season and serve hot with lime wedges and 'warmed on the BBQ' naan bread's.
